Jackson brings a strong customer service background, with a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management & Marketing, and 7 years of experience delivering friendly and personalised customer experiences. He then transitioned into recruitment in 2019, building up knowledge about the world of cyber security along the way.
Although working in a once new industry, Jackson’s approach has not changed and he is focused on delivering a friendly and seamless process for all involved in the recruitment process. His security interests are around red team engagements, particularly anything to do with social engineering and risk.
Outside of work, you will find Jackson on a tennis court somewhere in Melbourne, as that's where he spends most of his time. Like most Melburnians, he is an avid AFL fan and is ready for a healthy debate on your team choice at any moment.
