This position is for a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager with a specific focus on managing an analyst team within the SOC department. The manager's primary responsibilities revolve around ensuring the growth, training, and development of the SOC analyst team.
Key Duties
- Lead SOC analyst team, emphasising continuous growth
- Manage incident detection, response, and resolution per SLAs
- Streamline SOC operations and tackle workflow challenges
- Collaborate with SOC Detections and SOAR teams
- Prioritise team mentorship and data-driven decision-making
- Engage with stakeholders to fortify cyber defense strategies
Qualifications & Experience
- 5-7 years in security roles, displaying deep SOC insights
- Leadership experience with a focus on team growth
- Strong technical acumen in Information Security
- Proficiency in SOC tools, especially SIEM and UEBA systems
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in Cybersecurity
