The Senior IAM Technical Consultant will be collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external clients to plan, design, and execute identity security solutions. This role demands proficiency in deploying Identity Security solutions within intricate IAM settings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with key external stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand their requirements, business direction, and technical landscape.
  • Interface and coordinate tasks with both internal and external technical resources.
  • Generate documents such as requirements, design documents, architecture diagrams, and test plans.
  • Develop risk assessments, implementation plans, and as-built documentation.
  • Deploy solutions to production environments and manage technical changes effectively with customers.
  • Provide advanced technical support and maintain deployed technologies.
  • Report on progress, billable hours, and other relevant deliverables.
  • Undertake additional duties as required by the organisation.


Key Requirements:

  • Ideally from an Identity or Cybersecurity background.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills.
  • Strong technical acumen in the identity security domain.
  • Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, and CrowdStrike.
  • Experience with Active Directory, AAD, AAD Connect, and M365.
  • Familiarity with a scripting language.
  • Ability to test API endpoints.
  • Understand IAM in a larger digital context.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work without supervision and 'manage-up'.
  • Strong communication skills, both in explaining complex ideas and written communication for technical design, technical changes, and documentation.
  • Eye for detail in deploying IAM technical changes.
