Our client is huge on L&D and looks at a bigger picture. As an example, they hired a pentester but will get them to work in the SOC for their first 6 months. Why? How efficient will the pentester be at breaking in SOCs after having spent time how a SOC operates? They are not necessarily hiring someone who already has the title, but upskilling them into the role.

The company has quickly gone from 5-40 people and has plans for a lot more in the coming months.

- A very strong knowledge and 5+ years experience in Cyber Security Engineering or Architecture

- Stakeholder management skills and quality communication skills are a must
