Being an engineering-led company, the successful hire has a security engineering background. Either in infrastructure (AWS) or Application Security. The business already has a strong security culture and has policies and frameworks in place; they perform threat models and quarterly reviews of risk and various attacks. They are looking for someone to take these are run with them.
In this role, you will work with Engineering leadership and further define standards, roadmaps and implement them across the organisation. You'll need to be a great commuter and should understand the need for making trade-offs. Life is not black and white, and nor is security in a business.
WFT policy? - The teams currently work 3 days a week from home.
